on Wiley's boat allows for finer adjustments even when the wind is blowing hard.
One end of the jib sheet dead-ends through a hole in the deck using a figure-eight
knot. (multiple holes can be placed at different points along the track to change
the sheeting angle). The sheets are then lead to small bullet-blocks(see next
image) attached to the Jib clew and then back through the Jib car to a ratchet-block
on the cabin top and then to a camcleat.
